Building on 18 years of Human Resources experience, Marsha launched CaveHR in 2019. Partnering with business owners and HR teams in a variety of industries, focusing on implementing and improving HR practices to create, maintain and evolve thriving workplaces.

Marsha is a results-oriented HR Consultant with 18+ years of experience developing, managing, and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
From QSR and multi-unit retail to Automotive and Tech, her experience across multiple industries and sectors allows her to understand a company’s challenges from a strategic, tactical and operational perspective.
She has a genuine style of communication and approaches every client differently based on their needs. Marsha firmly believes in the value of connecting and engages employees at all levels.
